Dear Hollie Sarnoski,
We are making some changes to the PayPal User Agreement that will go into effect on June 25, 2016. If you're interested in all the details, take a look at our Policy Updates Page. Here are the highlights: - We’re updating the list of items in Section 11.5 that will not be eligible for PayPal Seller Protection.
- We’re updating the eligibility requirements in Section 13.2 for Purchase Protection and the list of items in Section 13.3 that will not be eligible for Purchase Protection.
- We’re revising Section 13.5 and will be requiring all buyers to wait at least 7 days to escalate a dispute to a claim regardless of the transaction amount.
These changes will be effective June 25, 2016 for all U.S. users. As always, if you need help or have any questions, give us a call or visit our Help Center. You can find the link on any page of our website.
Thank you for being a PayPal customer. Sincerely,
PayPal
